Rekordmange forslag har blitt behandlet etter klare målsetninger og kriterier som har resultert i nøye utvalgte produksjoner som vi håper vil inspirere, utvide musikalske horisonter og styrke profesjonelle forbindelser.
Ingenting passer bedre i en Europeisk kulturhovedstad enn et internasjonalt samarbeid, og derfor er vi svært stolte over at også i år berikes programmet med internasjonale produksjoner, prisutdelinger og fagsamtaler fra vår gode samarbeidspartner YAMsession. Vi gleder oss til et Europa i miniatyr i Bodø-byen, og alt av program vil bli presentert på engelsk.
Programmet består av kjerneproduktet som er visninger og samtaler om konserter og kvalitet for barn og unge.
De valgfrie programpostene har som målsetning å åpne dørene opp for regionens barn og unge, samt tilgjengeliggjøre kulturhovedstadens program og by på turer og opplevelser i våre arktiske omgivelser.
Tradisjonen tro er det rekruttert elever i roller som konferansierer, crew, musikkantenner og bloggere. Disse er vi ekstremt stolte over å ha med på laget!
Marked for Musikk skal være en brobygger mellom musikere og oppkjøpere som er på jakt etter eksepsjonelle produksjoner for barn og unge. Vi ønsker å være en inkluderende visningsarena for alle, som bryter ned barrierer og fremmer et miljø preget av forståelse, samarbeid og respekt.
Med kvalitet, profesjonalitet, inspirasjon og inkludering som våre fyrtårn, styrer vi skuta mot et land der melodier resonnerer, forbindelsene blomstrer og musikkgleden ikke kjenner grenser.

With meticulous dedication, we have reviewed each proposal against our stringent objectives and criteria, resulting in the curation of an exceptional lineup that promises to captivate, inspire, and forge invaluable connections.
What could be more fitting than the convergence of talents on an international scale within the backdrop of a European Capital of Culture? It is with great pride and anticipation that we unveil this year’s program, enriched by the addition of international productions, prestigious award ceremonies, and enlightening discussions, all graciously facilitated in colloboration with our esteemed partner, YAMsession. Anticipate a tapestry of European culture unfurling within the charming confines of Bodø, with all proceedings presented in the lingua franca of English.
Central to our agenda are the cornerstone events comprising riveting performances and insightful dialogues centered around the musical enrichment of our younger audience.
Complementing these are optional offerings designed to extend the reach of cultural engagement to the youth of our region, showcasing the vibrant tapestry of our cultural capital and affording opportunities for exploration amidst our picturesque Arctic surroundings.
Continuing our cherished tradition, we are thrilled to welcome a cohort of pupils from a local school into pivotal roles as hosts, infusing our proceedings with youthful exuberance and fresh perspectives.
