«Alle har en liten dør bak øret» er en forestillingsrekke bestående av 8 enkeltstående forestillinger. Vi har tatt utgangspunkt i nyskrevet, norsk poesi for barn, og utforsket det sceniske og musikalske potensialet som finnes her. Diktene er satt sammen til små, poetiske forestillinger som tar opp store tema. Folkemusiker og sanger Annlaug Børsheim har satt musikk til diktene, og akkompagnerer sangene med fele og gitar. Skuespiller Vibeke Flesland Havre korer og spiller keyboard. Ved hjelp av skyggeteater og magisk lyssetting tar vi barna med inn i et univers der ord, musikk og estetikk blir til en større helhet.

«Everyone has a little door behind their ear» is a collection of eight individual performances, based on newly written, Norwegian poetry for children, and explores the theatrical and musical potential there. The poems are combined into short poetic shows with big themes. Folk musician and singer Annlaug Børsheim has composed the music and plays the fiddle and guitar for each piece. Actress Vibeke Flesland Havre sings backup and plays the keyboard. Through the use of shadow theatre and magical lighting, we bring the children into a universe where words, music and aesthetics combine to form a greater whole.
